I am extremely proud to announce that Tallulah is pregnant from a special breeding with BIS BISS Ch Southports Ulysses S. Grant who is loved, bred and owned by Carla and Joe Sanchez. I've watched Grant grow up into a spectacular Mastiff. His acheivements of Best in Show and Best in Specialty Show say it all. Tallulah is expecting a large litter of 7 to 9 puppies with a due date of August 17th, 2010. Thank you Joe and Carla!
Eximius Mastiffs from the mountains of Conifer, Colorado. English Mastiff breeders dedicated to the love, care, health, type and temperament of the Mastiff breed since 1994. Eximius is latin for excellence and this has been my Mastiff breeder goal from the beginning. Breeding the best Mastiffs to the best with no compromising! I am committed to the betterment of the Mastiff breed and a member of the Mastiff Club of America. Come visit the pedigrees and photos of our English Mastiff Champions and puppies. I am extremely selective as a Mastiff breeder. I believe that after more than 16 years of owning Mastiffs I finally found our perfect foundation girl in our International American Mastiff Champion "Butter". In addition to Butter's beauty and consistency to the AKC Mastiff standard, I am very proud to announce that Butter earned her CHIC #21841 Health title which is the gold standard for Mastiff Health. After raising two magnificent litters of Mastiff puppies, Butter has now retired to fulltime couch and foot warmer Mastiff status while occasionally getting up to keep her now young adult Mastiff girls in line. Butter's two gorgeous daughters, Tallulah and Shelby will be continuing my lines with 2010 Summer breedings. Many of the all time top ranking and renowned U.S. champion Mastiffs can be found in their pedigrees. Just a few of them are, Elliot, Uther, Bentley, Ivana's aunt ( Iron Hills Sevilles Jessica), Butler, Pete, Posey, Hank, Bud, Clarence, Byron and Dave!
Butter's first breeding was with Mastiff Ch Farpoint's Fuzzy Logic, "Sage", bred and loved by Diana Van Sandt of Farpoint Mastiffs. I knew this breeding would be special, but it exceeded even my expectations. Tallulah, Shelby, Fusi, Dreamer, Sammy, Bentley, Mona Lisa, Gertie and Moose were all Mastiff puppies from this breeding and will forever be in my heart.
Butter's second litter was with the 2006 MCOA Grand Tournament of Champions Winner, Ch Meadowfarms Major Breakthrough, "Major", and produced a single girl puppy who is our incredibly beautiful, special girl Ivy. Major is bred and loved by Tami Sholes of Meadowfarms Mastiffs.
I believe the future of our Mastiff breed will be determined by today's few special Mastiff breeders of integrity, those breeders who have dedicated decades of their life to an incomparable passion for the breed. Those breeders who despite the competitive nature of the dog show world actively share their advice, time, knowledge, and lines to others in the breed in an effort to truly better the breed. I can't possibly list all the breeders who have helped me along the way. However, I want to give a very heartfelt thanks to two incredible breeders, Diana Van Sandt of Farpoint Mastiffs and Tami Sholes of Meadowfarms Mastiffs. Without them, I would never have the beautiful, wonderful, exceptional girls that I have. I also have to add a thank you to Holly Scott and Robin Hug for their continual help and advice.
